1. Nature of Service & Legal Disclaimer
- iSafe is purely a technical support tool designed to assist users in sharing their status and sending location information to family and friends in routine or emergency situations.
- iSafe IS NOT a professional security, guarding, or emergency rescue service.
- iSafe and its Developers assume no legal, civil, or criminal liability for the personal safety, health, property, or any damages incurred by users under any circumstances.
2. Operating Principles & Key Features
By using iSafe, you acknowledge and understand the operational mechanics of its features:
2.1. Daily Status Updates
Users proactively update 1 of 3 statuses (Good - Okay - Not Good) to notify members within their connected groups.
2.2. Emergency SOS Feature
- Upon pressing the SOS button, the app sends the current location to up to 03 pre-selected groups.
- Real-time location sharing is automatically enabled for these groups until manually turned off by the user.
2.3. Safe Walk Feature
- Users voluntarily share their real-time location with selected groups for a chosen duration or until manually deactivated.
- Once the sharing timer expires or Safe Walk is turned off, the app retains only the most recent location for 30 minutes, after which it is AUTOMATICALLY AND PERMANENTLY DELETED from active display data.
2.4. SOS History Management
- Group Admins have full authority to delete sent SOS history within their respective groups.
- Users are responsible for requesting the Group Admin to delete history if they no longer wish their location to be displayed.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
- 3.1. Plan Options: iSafe offers Monthly Recurring Plans and Lifetime Ownership Plans based on user selection.
- 3.2. Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the expiration date of the current billing cycle. If renewed, subscription fees will be calculated based on active usage days per platform store policies.
- 3.3. Refunds & Benefits Revocation: Upon cancellation, refund request, or plan expiration, all premium benefits (including applied Gift Voucher benefits) will be REVOKED IMMEDIATELY.
- 3.4. Gift Vouchers: Promotional vouchers have specific validity periods and upgrade tiers. iSafe reserves the right to void vouchers in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Amendments to Terms
iSafe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
